Doug came out, assessed the condition of my heating and air conditioning system and discussed several options. Within a few days, he mailed me a detailed estimate with options for 2 different systems, which also included rebate, discount and tax credit options.

Doug was very agreeable in answering my many follow-up questions over several phone calls. The two-man crew arrived promptly each day. They were courteous, professional, worked efficiently, protected the flooring and cleaned up after themselves. The city inspector came out at the completion of the work and gave his stamp of approval. As a single woman, it's always comforting to know that the contracted work was done correctly and to code. I would strongly recommend them.
